About the Event

Fiorentina proposes an acting class that will consist of improvisation work, different kinds of exercises for the voice, ways of releasing of tensions in the body, and a dive in beautiful texts from international and French dramaturgy. Together these can improve how you express yourself and help you get in touch with yourself, both with the body and soul!

The class will take 2 hours and costs 25 Euros.

Fiorentina is a French-Romanian actress who lives and works between Paris and Romania. She started to study theater in Bucharest and was a member of a student theater for three years. She was about to dedicate her career to becoming an actress but unfortunately, life took her on other paths. Years after, she fell in love with Paris and decided to continue her studies of fashion here being the first Romanian accepted at Institut Français de la Mode. But while specializing herself in fabrics and textile know-how she re-connected with her passion for acting, except that this time it was in French. She went back to school and was formed with Jean Laurent Cochet - the teacher of Gerard Depardieu, Isabelle Huppert, Mélanie Thierry and Fabrice Luchini. Then she continued in English with Jack Waltzer, a member of the famous Actor's Studio from NY. She acted in short movies in French and English, in series like Emily in Paris, and in a couple of features in Romanian. Today she wants to share with non-professional actors her teachings and passion for poetry and powerful texts. Acting can help us through the path of self-knowing and poems can be powerful tools.
