About the Event

Our new MLI member, Sabrina , an great admirer of Yotam Ottolenghi, invites you to join her cooking class


You will be taught how to make the ultimate couscous, with a hint of Ottolenghi


Fun fact : Couscous (made of semolina, a coarsely ground durum wheat flour) has its roots in ancient times, specifically during the reign of Masinissa in the ancient kingdom of Numidia, located in present-day Algeria.
