Cooking Class : Empanadas

Our December cooking class is hosted by our dear member Martha de Lacaze.

Martha will show you how to prepare empanadas, a beloved Latin American dish celebrated globally. Across Latin America, there are various types of doughs, fillings, and techniques for making empanadas. However, most of these variations trace back to a common origin: Galicia, Spain, where they first emerged during the Moorish invasions of Medieval Iberia.
