About the Event
We’ll make 3 types of galettes using different techniques and fillings (1: making easy puff pastry from scratch (yes🎉) 2: using frozen Picard puff pastry, 3: rolled up pastry from a supermarket) and you’ll decide what you like best.
Please bring an apron and a rolling pin. Beware of allergies: using wheat, dairy, and nuts.
Contribution to costs is 8 Euros.
