Research has shown that about half of all adults make New Year's resolutions. However, fewer than 10% manage to keep them for more than a few months. While that might not seem like a good success rate, another study found that people who made resolutions were 10 times more likely to make a positive change after six months compared to people who wanted to change but did not make a New Year's resolution. During this interactive and hands-on workshop we will share tips and tricks that will enable us to make that positive change. Finally, Claudia will provide you with a visual tool that can help you stay on track in 2020!
