We invite you to a delightful Japanese cooking class hosted by our esteemed Ermitage community member, Mrs. Mari Ito.
She will demonstrate and guide you how to use traditional fermented seasonings, salt koji and miso, all characteristic of Japanese cuisine, in preparing a typical home dish.
