In this Knowlegde Sharing session our dear member Pamela Lanciani will guide you into the spectrum of Art Therapy and the Psychological Effects of Color.

In 7 sessions she will share her expertise and accommodate self-discovery through colors : Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Orange and Purple + one session to reflect

This first session will be : YELLOW

The goal of art therapy is to utilize the creative process to help people explore self-expression and, in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills.
