Swing Yoga session

Join our Swing Yoga trial session hosted and taught by our dear member and certified Yoga teacher Florence. 

Swing Yoga is a unique practice, similar to the more well-known aerial yoga, that combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a suspended fabric yoga swing.
