Community - based "Yoga for the Everybody" class.Â
No matter what age, shape, gender, or health this yoga class will be accessible and fun. In these classes Iness will incorporate simple breathing practices, 2-3 min of meditation, pose (asana) sequence and reflections on mindfulness.
Iness Lagios - Latvian, since 2022 living in Maisons Laffitte with her Greek husband and their daughter. Previously lived in Kuwait and Greece. She is certified Yoga and Meditation teacher who loves socializing, reading and traveling.
Please bring along your own yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water!
