Advanced Italian cooking class
Chef Fabio shared some of his secrets cooking of Italian cooking art with the MLI ladies. On the menu were 3 “Primi”: Orecchiette alle Cime di Rapa, pumpkin Risotto and the very tricky to be cooked “Spaghetti alla Carbonara”. Apart from the extremely delicious dishes, participants retained that the best results for Italian kitchen can only be obtained by using a lot of high quality olive oil and avoiding creme and Barilla.
