Vietnamese cooking class with Vinh

The latest cooking class came from Vietnam, with Vinh Bromage showing a large turn out how to make some favourites, such as Banh Bao, baked aubergine with soya sauce, garlic and spring onion dressing, bo bun (noodles with stir fried beef marinated in lemon grass), and che, Vietnamese sago dessert with banana.  Ably assisted by Anastasia, who took meticulous notes, and provided excellent and professional looking recipes, accompanied by Jake’s video of the event.
