Last week Inese held two different yoga classes, both suitable for everyone. Some of the participants were experienced yoga practicians, some were beginners.
Inese, on her very calm voice made everyone feel at ease through the poses. Her explanations helped us better understand the importance of each movement and connect with ourselves, while she made sure all of us were correctly doing the poses. At the same time, it was a great workout that made participants sweat. The first class focused on the female reproductive system, while second one on the core, energizing the whole body by adding elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
