Be Your True You - Hypnotic Relaxation, Empowerment Exploration (1)

What project, talent or idea, budding deep inside, wants to shine its way into the world? During this session, we will use the tools of hypnosis to explore the projects, talents or ideas that have been silently budding in your subconscious mind and see how to bring them into the world. After a short discussion, you will go on a hypnotic exploration (settle in comfortably!) and with the use of colorful guided imagery, find your deep creative resources and orient them where they can make lasting impact.
