We hereby invite you to the Extraordinary General Assembly of Maisons-Laffitte International (MLI). 

When      : Wednesday 15 May 2024 at 19.30h 

Where    : Restaurant Santa Monica, 78600 Maisons-Laffitte

Agenda :

1. Changes of the board and new elections 

This Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) is called as the current MLI board is stepping down due to significant changes. In order to resolve board changes, Kathrin as President and the other board members nominated new board members to continue the governance of MLI as from June 2024

All MLI members are invited to vote for the election of proposed and recommended new board members as appointed in the invitation letter sent out on 23 April 2024. 

If you are not able to participate this Extraordinary General Assembly  in person, you may exercise your voting rights in writing ( by Proxy)

You may confirm your voting right through another member or by sending understated text to our MLI email : maisons.laffitte.international@gmail.com no later than Wednesday 15 May 15.00PM
