In this fun and creative workshop, you’ll learn how to paint your feelings using colours, shapes, and textures. Guided by a friendly art therapist, you’ll explore how different colours can express joy, anger, calm, or excitement — and create amazing paintings that show what’s inside your heart.
Through art, you’ll discover new ways to understand your emotions, boost your confidence, and feel proud of what you create. No art experience needed — just bring your energy, ideas, and love of colour! 💛

About Pamela Pamela is a certified Art therapist who speaks English, French, and Italian.
She loves giving children and teenagers creative tools to help them get to know themselves, build self-confidence, and feel better with themselves and with others.
