WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT

The 2025/26 Women’s Empowerment Workshops offer a unique opportunity for women to come together in a supportive and purposeful environment.

Through guided group sessions, participants will explore practices such as gratitude, detachment, and authentic connection.

These workshops are designed to foster personal growth, enhance emotional resilience, and build lasting confidence—all within a community of like-minded women.

The goal of the women empowerment sessions is to be comfortable in the process of explore

self-expression and, in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills.
