Dumplings cooking class

On 25 March, the popular cooking classes of MLI resumed. As in the past, it was a big success. Maude thought a group of 12 how to make Chinese dumplings – with pork, beef and shrimp. As opposed to standard dumplings, these had lot more vegetables – leeks, spring onions, carrots, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, coriander. Maud also thought how to make a quick cheat broth so that the dumplings can be eaten in a soup. More vegetables were added to the broth – bok choy, choy sum, mushrooms, etc. All of it was truly delicious and the class was fun in a comfortable, professional Rachel’s kitchen.
