Eating well for Menopause

On the occasion of World Menopause Day, Lynn Burns nutritionist held an exciting and fun cooking workshop with recipes from her recently published "Eating well for Menopause" book.
We learned about the benefits of using more plants, nuts, seeds, and lentils in our dishes to compensate for the loss of estrogen.
A little bit of theory but above all lots of practice preparing a healthy and yummy edame-tahini houmus dip, a lentil-tomatoe-feta salad, salmon in a pesto crust, and oat-berry tray cake!
