German cooking class

Participants could enjoy a delightful and delicious Saturday lunchtime cooking class where Patrick and his sons showed the steps and tricks to prepare "Reibeplätzchen", a fried savory "biscuit" made of grated potatoes, oignons and eggs to be accompanied with apple compote. An enormous bouquet of kale, got under the guidance of Kathrin transformed a stew called "Grünkohl".
