Japanese Cooking Class

On the occasion of Hinamatsuri/Doll festival on March the 3rd, a girls day to celebrate continued health and happiness, Mari and Manami spoiled us with a lovely and fun Japanese cooking workshop. We prepared Chirashi-Zushi, a very colourful, fresh dish full of veggies, rice, salmon, shrimps and typical Japanese ingredients.

The Japanese sophisticated touch was not only vividly present in this delicious dish but also in the beautiful origami and other table decorations!

Huge thanks to Mari and Manami for taking us to Japan for a couple of hours!
