On Monday June 14th we met for our third hypnosis workshop of the year, this time on the theme of Living Within the Body. We spread our yoga mats on a lawn full of flowers and took off on a relaxing imaginary trip. During the session, participants also learned and practiced two self-hypnosis techniques which they are now able to use on their own for fast relaxation.
